Popular Science

Science has always been a mystery for a large percentage of the population across a broad spectrum of topics: from the creation of the universe to weather patterns and 0800 numbers. Many people's understanding of even the most basic concepts are at best muddled, a mixture of what was taught at school and what we might have picked up in the newspapers or magazines.

Measuring Research Chemicals Accurately

If you’re someone who likes to spend your time conducting research and studies utilising research chemicals such as camfetamine whether at home or as your job, then the chances are you’re going to need to weight your chemicals accurately. If you’re struggling to do so, then follow our tips below:

Always calibrate your scales correctly and exactly. Most scales that are detailed enough to perform this kind of operation will usually have their own instructions to help you get them exactly right, so follow the instructions to the letter and you should be able to get yourself the perfect starting point.

Measure the weight of the weighing bowl in advance. One of the many errors that people make when weighing their research chemicals is to not measure their bowl in advance first – this means that they end up with the weight of the bowl included in their final measurements. Needless to say this can have a significant affect on your final results. (more...)
